[Adam will find a box in his room wrapped in a rather festive French Glad motif. And inside, several items: chocolates, of course. A beret that is mysteriously far too small for Adam but the exact right size for Dog. A disturbingly well-crafted model toy guillotine (thankfully with no real blade). Hot cocoa mix. A small Eiffel Tower keychain.

[ The boy doesnβt really expect anything different by the time he gets back to the flat from walking Dog, much less a gift. Curious confusion gives way to delight as he examines his gifts, smiling when he finds the card.

[ The boy gestures and pats his leg, trying to convince Dog to come into view. And the animal does, keeping his head lowered but steady, sporting the nice, fancy, original parisian beret.
He looks very put off by it. Adam, on the other hand, smiles real bright.]
